The proerty is fully furnished and has a shared kitchen which is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a shared lounge and there is a bathroom and a shower room. The house is protected by a burglar alarm.

Rooms 1-6 £145 per week including gas, electric and water bills.
