Refund Policy

Normal Payments Due Under Contract

Where payments are made and due under the Fixed Term or Statutory Periodic Agreement, these will be non-refundable.


Payments Made Post-Agreement

Payments made erroneously post-vacation of property will be fully refundable. Refunds can be arranged by contacting our office and can be made by bank transfer or cheque.


Payments for Reservation Fees (Withdrawn)

Where we have accepted Reservation Fees for a property and the applicants withdraw their application, the fees will be non-refundable.


Payments for Reservation Fees (Declined)

Where we have accepted Reservation Fees and the applicants are declined through no fault of their own, the Reservation Fees will be fully refundable. Refunds can be arranged by contacting our office and can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Where we have accepted Reservation Fees and the applicants are declined due to bad referencing or other fault reason, the fees will be non-refundable.


Payments for Sign-Up Monies (Withdrawn)

Where parties make payments for Sign-Up Monies and subsequently withdraw prior to full agreement signature, Sign-Up Monies may be refundable depending on which documents and agreements have been previously signed and are enforceable.

Where parties make payments for Sign-Up Monies and subsequently withdraw after having conducted and submitted full signature, Sign-Up Monies will be non-refundable.
